Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior RCM Specialist to assist in
managing revenue cycle management activities and mentoring
staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate client data entry and compliance with payor
requirements
Supervise processes and maintain complete records while resolving
issues with state and managed care organizations
Mentor and train team members to enhance their effectiveness and
efficiency
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required
Two (2) + years of experience in revenue cycle management
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite,
especially Excel
